Paul is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), and a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) through the Co-active Training Institute (CTI).
As a trained somatic coach and Reiki Master, in accordance with the Usui System of Natural Healing, Paul spent time in New Zealand training in Vipassana mediation to develop a greater awareness and experience a deeper interconnection between mind and body. With a drive for continuous improvement, Paul also participated in the Advanced Interpersonal Dynamics (AIPD) workshop at Yale University.
Paul is a passionate professional coach who is energized about personal development and creating a positive impact in people's lives. Since 2006, Paul has successfully coached and mentored individuals and teams in various international environments to enhance performance and personal development.

From a community standpoint, Paul is a trained Mentor with the Guilford Mentoring Program in his home town, and has worked with young students to help focus their academic and extracurricular goals, which is in keeping with his philosophy of giving back and helping people grow in their personal and professional lives.
Paul was born in the UK and grew up in Geneva, Switzerland. He has traveled extensively around the world living in a number of remote and diverse cultural environments. As an avid skier and road cyclist, he enjoys taking time out below the waves as a professional Scuba Diving Instructor. Paul has Swiss / British citizenship and speaks French and English. He lives on the Connecticut shoreline, USA, with his wife, Stephanie and their children.
