What is Coaching?
Coaching is a one-on-one process whereby a certified coach enables a client to draw upon their individual strengths to improve certain areas of his/her life, supported and empowered along the way. This is a client-centered, coach-supported process that is as much a journey as it is a destination. Our coaching programme is tailored to meet a client's very specific, individual needs. The client is supported throughout the process, from inception to implementation.
What We Do
We are professional coaches who work one-on-one with clients face to face, via the internet (Skype, FaceTime or another provider), or by phone. We work constantly with clients to create an action plan that works for the client, identifying and preparing for key events and milestones along the way, and evaluating progress and implementing changes as necessary. Coaching sessions are typically 45 - 60 minutes in duration. Coaching sessions are usually scheduled every 2 weeks, and a typical programme will last for 3-6 months. At the end of each session, we will agree on an assignment to reinforce the key learnings from the sessions to help the client progress towards his/her goal. Email support is available throughout a client's coaching programme.
